Rob Ventre

Rob Ventre began his career as a professional
actor and singer nearly a decade ago and is still seen regularly on
stage in New York City and regionally, as well as film and
voice-over. As a performer he studied and utilized a myriad of
training techniques from athletic based strength and power
conditioning, stage combat and fight choreography, to the holistic
movement methods of Yoga, Feldenkrais, and the Alexander Technique.
Since becoming certified as a personal trainer he has helped
countless individuals achieve their fitness goals.
Rob’s diverse background and personality
combined with his expertise and knowledge are his keys to achieving
consistent positive results with his clients. He is committed to
instilling the proper form and technique critical to athletic
development, but also understands the importance of making the
experience fun and engaging. His integrated approach has enabled
success with clients from a myriad of backgrounds and ability levels
including youth, senior citizens, artists, executives, dancers,
athletes and post-therapy injury rehab patients.
