NYC Fitness Experts have
trained and conditioned many individuals and teams in several sports
such as soccer, skiing,
track and field, baseball, and bodybuilding.
We will help you improve your
athletic ability by designing a program specifically
for your sport. The program will focus on specific muscle strengthening exercise
and sports movements.
We incorporate many aspects of training, including nutrition, resistance/strength,
cardiovascular, cross training, interval,
plyometrics and endurance/stamina. These programs are great for individuals,
