First, you need to sign up. To sign up,
you need to contact us by sending an email to
admin@nycfitnessexperts.com with your name and a number
you can be reached. Once received, one of Fitness Experts will respond with a medical and detailed fitness history form that has more
specific questions about your health, fitness level, and goals. After reviewing the forms we
will contact you (via phone) for a one-on-one consultation. We will then
design a custom program for you.
The program will take into account many factors including current medical
health, activity level, fitness goals, experience, equipment availability,
and time frame for obtaining your goals. The program design will consist
of a combination of flexibility training, resistance training (weight training)
cardiovascular exercise and nutrition advice that will be set forth in an
easy to follow program. We will include photos on how to perform the exercises
with proper form, breathing, and range of motion, as well as instructions
on how to choose proper weight and/or resistance.
If at any time you have any questions about your
training or any of the exercises you may e-mail us at
admin@nycfitnessexperts.com and you will be
contacted within 12 hours with an answer.
Each week, you will receive a Feedback Form from
your assigned personal trainer updating your progress. Your information will be continually
analyzed and the information and program may be modified if needed. We will
also provide you with fitness tips, tricks and/or advice on how to
maximize your program, depending on the information you relay when
you are working out. When do you pay? Once the medical history and fitness
questionnaire are completed and sent back, you will need to send a check
